1.General Tasks

  1. Promote and market the AUSA Sabbatical Officer Elections.
  2. To provide information and guidance to students on a face to face basis regarding the AUSA Sabbatical Officer Elections including the voting process.
  3. In conjunction with AUSA Staff facilitate the provision of Polling Stations including mobile stations) across all Aberdeen University campuses
  4. To carry out general administration duties in relation to the Elections.
  5. To ensure excellent customer service at all times to both candidates & students engaging with the elections.
  6. Relay any queries/ questions received relating to the Elections to the Elections Committee where relevant.

General Duties

  1. To attend training sessions and other learning opportunities as agreed with AUSA.
  2. To undertake any other duties as from time to time be deemed necessary by your line manager.

The above is intended to provide a clear but concise statement of the present MAJOR TASKS and ACTIVITIES of the job.  It is not an exhaustive list of all its detailed duties.  As a term of your employment, you may be required to undertake such other duties as may reasonably be required of you in the post and department mentioned above, or, in another post in any of the Association’s other departments.
