This constitution will continue to be used until July 31st 2012 with the exception of the Elections procedures. All remaining elections in the academic year 2011/12 will follow the new procedures as outlined in the new constitution as below.
New Constitution - to be implemented from 1st August 2012
The AUSA AGM passed a new constitution for AUSA at its quorate meeting on Monday 20th February 2012. Pending approval from the office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) this will take full effect on 1st August 2012 except for the areas regarding elections procedures which take effect immediately and will be used to run all remaining elections in the academic year 2011/12
