The Bespoke Service

We are happy to arrange other options and facilities, for example for some employers we act as an administrative service, distributing, collecting and pre-screening application forms.

We can arrange on-site presentations and interview facilities. AUSA Joblink staff will work with you to understand your needs and evaluate how best we can help you.

To arrange a visit or to discuss further please feel free to contact us.

Summer Placement Scheme

Student employees can grow and develop with your business. Take on a student with a particular degree or interest over the summer or for a particular project, if you feel they have worked efficiently and met your organisations expectations you could employ them when they graduate. This is an excellent opportunity for both the student and the employer.

These are just some of the ways we can help with your recruiting.

Open Days

  • This is an excellent method of meeting student jobseekers face to face whilst promoting your vacancies. Application forms can be distributed, interviews performed and names and contact details taken. The cost also includes a promotional email to all registered AUSA Joblink users (over 4000 students) and the use of one of our meeting rooms.

Short-listing

  • We know how valuable your time is: to make the most of every minute our suitably trained and qualified staff can collate applications and shortlist them to your specifications.

Interview Facilities

  • Private interview facilities can be booked for a half-day or a whole day. AUSA Joblink is happy to include in this an interview notification service if required.

Recruitment Fayre

  • Recruitment fayres are held in the spring and autumn terms of each year.

This is an excellent opportunity to have a physical presence on campus and allow you the opportunity to meet with students face to face and discuss job opportunities. Around 900 students attend each event!

Please click on to the Recruitment Fayre section to get further information on the up coming events and download a booking form.
