Trans Students' Forum

The Trans Students' Forum is a space for trans students at Aberdeen University to make their voices heard and campaign on their own behalf for liberation on and off campus. The Trans Students' Forum is a democratic and autonomous group within AUSA that pushes for the rights of all students who identify under the trans umbrella, which is taken to include anyone whose gender identity does not match that which they were assinged at birth. All trans students are encouraged to get involved and shape the direction of the group over the coming years - we will be aiming to run a varied range of events throughout the year and would if you got involved!

The Trans Forum is open to all students who identify as trans on a self-defining basis, the definition of 'trans' taken to encompass all trans, non-binary, genderqueer, and non-cisgender indentities, as well as those questioning your gender identity.
