The Sports Union committee covers all aspects of ensuring sport is carried out at the university and is traditionally a very active committee. It has been full for numerous years and like all SA council members they are passionate, very knowledgeable and highly dedicated to their jobs.
Each ordinary member of the committee is given a role for the year and they include organising the events such as Superteams, rugby, football tournaments and more social events, mini bus maintenance and allocations, health and safety, marketing and publicity, club kit, website development, first year and intra mural sports. We also have five sports executive members; two VPs who organise intra mural and the Blues Sports Ball, a Treasurer and a Blues Secretary.

The Sports Union is made up of 18 dedicated students and our Sports Administrator; two students are executive members specially elected, the VPs are also elected but are not executive members and the other 14 are normal commmitte members.

Corrina is going into her 6th year as Sports Union mother, mentor, agony aunt and Drew's right hand man (woman). Corrina is the voice on the end of the phone when you call the Sports Union Office, ready to help out. To get on her good side, give her some pink stationary, she'll love you!

He'll be working together with Adam, Lynn and Corrina in the day-to-day running of the Sports Union and his job is to make sure that you are getting the help and support you need to handle the finances of your club - so that you can enjoy the year ahead!
