Held on Sunday 23rd October
AUSA Sports’ ultimate test of endurance saw competitors pit themselves against a 900m swim, a 7km row and a 10km run to find out who would take the crown and be this year’s champion. The event could also be done as a team of 3, with one person completing each activity.
The competition saw Andoni Correas Iccarramendi being crowned Iron Man with Matthew Stevenson claiming second and Henry Ing-Simmons taking third. In the women's event Sheila Mill took the crown whilst Matthew Raphael, Jonathan Lappin and Andrew Richardson the team of the day.
A big thank you to all competitors who took part - if you did not feel up to the challenge this year, why not get in training for next year's event....
There's more -
On top of these we also help the clubs run the annual Football 6's, Rugby 7's and Hockey tournaments.
These are events like none you've seen before so look out for more information on each of them nearer the time.
