One of our priority campaigns for the year ahead is highlighting the historic opportunity coming up this December in Paris.
How exciting that for the FIRST time in history, countries will get together and set legally binding targets!? That being said, experts announced this week that carbon pledges submitted by 147 countries ahead of the Paris summit are "NOT enough to stop temperature rise".
This is worrying news and this is why us campaigning and putting pressure on the UK and Scottish representatives is crucial.
We think it’s the perfect timing for students to show they care about their future and their countries’ efforts to combat climate change.
