Undergraduate Education Committee Election 2021/22

This committee exists in order to ensure appropriate representation of students to the University on all matters related to academic affairs. Candidates for School Convener positions can only stand for representing the School they study within and can only be elected by students within the School they represent. All school conveners (excluding the Dentistry convener) and the Vice-Chair are members of the Senatus Academicus (University Senate), where they represent respective student views. Through the Vice-President for Education the Committee liaises with the Vice-Principal for Education, and appropriate Deans to ensure efficient dissemination of any academic changes are made and will have the opportunity to help develop and implement policies related to education. All school conveners ensure adequate representation of students in their school with regards to academic matters.
