An Enhanced Transcript (ET) is a formal University document which will help you to maximise your employability; it records your University achievements on one document which you can share with employers and postgraduate recruiters.
The Enhanced Transcript records your courses and grades as well as co-curricular activities. It is more detailed than a degree certificate and functions as a supplement to it. If you are an undergraduate or a taught postgraduate student, you will receive the Enhanced Transcript only once you have left or graduated from the University.
FAQ's regarding Enhanced Transcript can be viewed here: https://www.abdn.ac.uk/infohub/life/en-2110.php.
Class Representatives are eligible to apply for the Enhanced Transcript in recognition of your role. There are 3 key tasks that you need to complete/attend in order to succesfully gain your recognition in the second half-session;
1. Complete your training by 1st of March 2020, either online or at an in-person workshop.
2. Recorded attendance of your school's SSLC (Staff-Student Liaison Committee) meetings. The list of attendees from the SSLC meetings will be provided by the Schools to AUSA. If you have missed the meeting, please inform the AUSA Reps Team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Completion of a self-reflective work report via MyAberdeen by 10th of April 2020.
Please note: If you anticipate that you will not be able to complete one of the monitoring points by the given deadline, and for any other ET queries, please email the AUSA Reps Team at email@example.com.
