We teach two types of dancing, Scottish Country and Ceilidh. Our classes mainly focus on Scottish Country as it requires more technique and formations, but we almost always teach a couple of ceilidh dances in each class.
We hold classes in the King's Studio in King's Pavillion every week, so why not come along and try it? The cost of each class is just £1 for members (£2 for non-members)! Annual membership is £5 and you can join through the link above.
Classes 2017/18 start on the 13th of September and follow the dates for university lecture weeks, stopping for revision and exam weeks. First class of the second semester will be 17th of January. Beginners are always welcome. Classes do progress, so you might find it easier if you join the class at the start of a semester.
Technique: 6-7pm on Wednesdays in King's Pavillion (King's Studio, upstairs, to the left from the stairs)
Beginners/intermediates: 7-9pm on Wednesdays King's Pavillion (King's Studio, upstairs, to the left from the stairs)
We look forward to welcoming you to our fantastic society - happy dancing!
