Students' Charities Campaign

Angus The Bull

The Students' Charities Campaign (Charities) is one of the largest and most successful RAGs in Scotland.

Charities has a history dating over 85 years and incorporates students from the three higher institutions of Aberdeen:
The University of Aberdeen, The Robert Gordon University and Aberdeen College.

Each year the campaign ran a variety of events; from the famous Torcher Parade and Student Show to pub crawls, tea dances, charity skydives, a fashion show and Jailbreak (where students have to get as far away from Aberdeen without spending any money).

A total of £80,800 was raised this year with amounts ranging from £50 to £8,000 being disbursed to local organisations.
