Eureka "12– Comedy Rag Magazine
What is Eureka?
Eureka is a comedy magazine pushed by the Student Charities Campaign offering the Aberdeenshire community a cheap book full of jokes, gags, office pranks and puzzles. It has been an Aberdonian tradition which dates back over 60 years. It is enjoyed by the student body and local community alike. It is one of the few methods students have to communicate their fundraising activities to the local community with a few jokes thrown in to show the light-hearted side to it all. And unlike some of the other events we run, it is 100% profit much to the benefit of the many charities, groups and projects in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire which we support.
What To Expect?
You can expect such jokes as:
Seen on a florist’s van: “Drive carefully or the next lot may be for you?”
Sex is like a bank account, once you withdraw you lose interest.
How do you make a hormone…You don’t pay her.
And so on…….
If you like these and want to read more then look out for this year’s addition on sale in Butchart in the charities office.
