Bookings for winter term are now closed, bookings for summer term will open in April
You can book a bike for an entire term!. For each term there will be a pickup and return time. If you are able to collect/ return the bike at these times, please do. If you can’t make it, please arrange an alternative (later) pickup time/ date or alternative (earlier) return time/ date.
If you have booked a bike for two consecutive terms, othere is no need to return the bike in-between these. The Gaps between the hire periods are intentional to allow for bike maintenance.
The location for collection is outside of the Students’ Union building on Elphinstone Road.
If you can't make the given collection or return times, please email s04jh1@abdn.ac.uk at least 24 hrs BEFORE the scheduled collection time, to arrange an alternative time, your booking will be cancelled if you don't show up for a collection without having arranged an alternative time in advance, and your bike could be offered to someone else. Bikes must be returned by the due date, if you can't make the return time you must arrange a alternative slot prior to the scheduled one in advance.

Booking a Bike
Before booking, please read the Terms and conditions. By booking a bike, you agree to these T&C's.
You can only book one bike at a time, if you are booking a second bike for a friend, you must bring along thier name and Student ID number to collect it.
Book your bike below, just log in and click "Sign up" for any bike for a given time slot, you may book a bike for multiple time slots if it is available. That is your bike is reseved for the given months(s).
Energy Saving Trust Bikes
Some of our hire bikes were funded by the E-bike grant from the Energy Saving Trust. As part of a condition for this funding we must provide some data on their usage, therefore it is necessary that you complete this a pre and post hire form, you can fill out the form here or when collecting the bike. These bikes are marked EST in the booking system.
