Member to Member Complaints Procudure 

 

If you are a student, and have a concern about another student, the Member to Member Complaints Prcedure exists to regulate these complaints, where a frontline resolution is not acheievable, and how they should be dealt with.

If you are dissatisfied with a service or interation you have had with the Students' Union, the External Complaints Procdure exists to outline how these complaints should be dealt with.
