Supplier

The supplier for our committee and sports kits is The Stevenson Group (PSL). They provide quality products at an affordable rate and offer a range of non-specific sporting attire that non-competing clubs can make use of, allowing them to feel included within the Sports Union community, both on and off-campus.

Items available to purchase

PSL is the official supplier of Students’ Union committee clothing, sportswear, and additional branded apparel for student groups, clubs, and teams across the University of Aberdeen.

Sportswear and Team Kit

PSL supplies official Students’ Union and University of Aberdeen branded sportswear and team kit for our sports clubs, including playing kit, training wear, and leisurewear.

Sizing and Samples

The Students’ Union holds a selection of committee clothing and sportswear samples at the Sports Office:

No appointment is required - feel free to drop in and view the available samples and sizing options.

Clothing is available in unisex sizes: XS(38”), S(40”), M(42”), L(44”), XL(46”), and 2XL(48”).

Additional sizing may be available for certain garments—please check with PSL for specific product ranges.

Complete the Student Activity Committee & Sportswear Order Form 2025–26 and email to Rebecca Blair, c.c., Students’ Union Sports Offic

Payment

An invoice will be issued by The Stevenson Group to your @AUSA email. Full payment must be received before production of your order can begin. For support with payments or the Student Group Finance System, see here.

How to order Sports Kit and Payment

There are two ways to place a sports kit order:

Option 1 – Order through the Students’ Union (recommended)

Email Rebecca Blair, c.c., Students’ Union Sports Office, with details of the items you would like to order, including quantities, sizes and any customisation requirements. You may use the Student Activity Committee & Sportswear Order Form to submit your order if this is easier.

Option 2 – Order directly through PSL

You can also place orders directly through the PSL Website. Please note that orders placed directly with PSL may take longer to process and deliver than those submitted through the Students’ Union.

Payment

Payment for sports kit orders follows the same process as committee clothing orders. An invoice will be issued by The Stevenson Group to your AUSA email account, and full payment must be received before production of your order can begin.

Delivery Information

All orders will be delivered to the below. You will receive a DPD dispatch notification from PSL when your order has been shipped. The Sports Office will then contact you once your items are available for collection.

Estimated lead times:

XXV stock items: approximately 3 weeks
Canterbury stock items: approximately 3 weeks
Sublimated or new bespoke kit: approximately 5 weeks

Orders under £250 are subject to a £6.95 delivery charge, which is applied automatically by PSL.
