Aberdeen Scout Network Society
Aberdeen Scout Network Society is open to anyone aged 18–25 who wants to be part of Scouting in Aberdeen. We bring together students and young adults for a wide variety of activities, from hiking, camping and outdoor adventures to relaxed socials, pub quizzes and film nights. We also get involved in community projects, volunteering with local Scout groups, and supporting events across the region.
You don’t need to have been in Scouts before – lots of our members joined fresh at Network. It’s a friendly and welcoming group where you can try something new, build skills, and meet people outside of your course or workplace. As a member, you’ll also have the chance to get involved with regional and national events, and even international opportunities if you’re keen to travel.
The best thing about Scout Network is that it’s run by its members. We decide together what we’d like to do, so whether you’re into the outdoors, creative projects, community work or just looking for a way to meet new people, there’s space for your ideas.
If you’re looking for something different alongside student life in Aberdeen, come along and get involved.
