The Pop Music Society aims to bring together students who share a passion for pop music in all its forms, creating a welcoming and social community where members can connect, make friends, and celebrate their shared love of music.
Expanding beyond a single artist, the society will provide a dedicated space to explore a wide range of pop artists, eras, and styles, while fostering a sense of belonging among students from across the University of Aberdeen.
We aim to host a diverse and engaging programme of events where students can experience excitement, creativity, and appreciation over shared interests.
These events may include club nights, themed parties, listening sessions, film screenings, craft workshops, discussions, quizzes, and celebrations of new releases, allowing members to engage with pop culture in fun and varied ways.
