How to Book Union Brew

If you are an Students’ Union affiliated Activity, you can book the Union Brew through the procedure below

  • Determine what you will need: Do you need food or alcohol? Will you be bringing it, or would you like it provided? Do you need music or speakers? Do you want coffee or tea, or barista drinks? Please have this in mind as it can incur different charges depending on what you would like, and you might have to complete special forms. If you are interested in any of the above, contact us at unionbrew@abdn.ac.uk
  • Get your documents ready: All student activities need to have completed their annual affiliation and risk assessment to proceed with the booking. In addition make sure you complete the following documents depending on the nature of your event.External Speaker FormSpecial Risk Assessment Form for Self Catering
  • Complete the Booking Form: Complete the Reservation Request Form below. Any out of hours bookings for Union Brew have to be reserved prior to 10 business days and will be subject to a £15 staffing fee
  • Await Confirmation: Your request will be reviewed by our team. We will endeavour to provide a response within 2 business days.
