Student Climate Assemblies

(TBC)

Thursday 22 May 2025 at 5:30pm - 8pm

Are you a student at the University of Aberdeen who is passionate about making a difference in our community? Be part of the solution and come along to our Student Climate Assemblies.

Our fourth assembly, on Biodiversity & Climate Change, will be held at 17:30-20:00 on Thursday the 22nd of May in room (yet TBC). Our guest speakers (yet to be confirmed who) will delight us with their expertise on the topic, offering an opportunity to ask any questions. Afterwards, in break out groups, we will collectively come up with priorities at four different levels: student community, Students' Union, University of Aberdeen, and Aberdeen as a city. Free vegan snacks, tea and coffee will be provided.

Why attend?

  • Inspire Change: Learn from climate experts and activists who are leading the charge for a sustainable future.
  • Voice Your Ideas: Share your thoughts and solutions in interactive workshops and discussions.
  • Connect: Meet like-minded students who are just as passionate about the environment as you are.
  • Take Action: Get involved in exciting projects and initiatives that make a real impact.
