Aberdeen Debaters outreach programme seeks to promote secondary school debate within Aberdeenshire and the rest of Scotland. Through this programme we aim to foster an environment which allows the pupils to strengthen their skills in argumentation which exposes them to different points of view. The competition gives the pupils space to develop their public speaking abilities and confidence.  

Aberdeen Schools Seniors (S4-S6) consists of three rounds of British Parliamentary debating with a final. Registration is open to all schools wishing to participate, but we will prioritise Aberdeenshire state schools. Our fee for this year is £20; the fee goes into improving our schools competitions whilst also supporting debater as a whole.
