Once again it’s time to forget the woes of everyday and treat yourself to a sophisticated night of drinking, dining, and singing, as the Nordic Society formally invites you to the Spring Sittning/SitSit of 2022! 

For those unaware, sittning/sitsit is a traditional Nordic dinner party with plenty of singing and drinking. We will enjoy a good dinner, drink and sing drinking songs in both the Nordic languages and in English. Sittning/Sitsit is our main event of the year, and most definitely a night not to be missed! 

The event will be held at Station Hotel near Union Square and the dress code is formal, so we want to see everyone dressed to impress! After an evening of Lambo, Helan går, Ei tippa tapa and other more or less inappropriate favourites we’ll be heading into town to continue the party.

This event will be for Nordic Society members only, so make sure you have bought your membership (https://www.ausa.org.uk/societies/society/7116)! You will not be able to buy a ticket without a membership.
