Suicide Prevention Skills Training, 11am - 2pm
Do you want to learn more about mental health and how to support a friend at risk? Would you like to learn some practical steps you can take to help someone in crisis? This is a free interactive workshop covering basic mental health awareness and suicide prevention skills. Spaces are limited, and so will be given on a first-come first-serve basis.
