AberGreen Meditations Workshop
2.00pm, Secret Garden
Take a minute away from studying and join us in the student garden. We will join Mathew Lyn Aung Cho, a practitioner of Buddhist meditation, for a guided meditation session out in fresh air. No experience required! Feel free to bring along your own yoga mat or picnic blanket, but it’s not essential.
