Make your own beeswax wrap with AberGreen

Chaplaincy, 25 High Street

Say goodbye to single-use aluminium foil or cling film and create a stylish beeswax wrap instead. We will be upcycling cotton to make reusable food wraps. These are great sustainable solutions to help store your food items. The wax gives these wraps a firm texture that you can still easily shape as you like. The outcome is a breathable wrap which allows your food to stay fresh longer. Lastly, the water proof surface makes these wraps suitable for wrapping food items or using them to seal containers, and they are easy to clean. The event will be free and all materials provided. You are however welcome to bring your favourite fabric to upcycle with you!
