AberGreen welcomes any student or staff member interested in finding out more about the community gardening project in the Secret Garden. Drop by the walled garden just off University Road any time between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., enjoy some hot food, meet members of the new Secret Garden Society and find out what's happening in the garden over the coming year. Sturdy, waterproof clothes and shoes recommended. We have a small social space to greet you in, even if it's raining! In case of extreme weather, we will be meeting in the Union Brew Café area (Students’ Union Building, Elphinstone Road).
To find us, head over to the Butchart Building's rear car park just off University Road, and head into the garden straight through the open gate.
AberGreen is a community-led sustainability education project with the aim of helping the uni community reduce its carbon footprint through fun, interactive skills-building events, whilst building on the strong sense of community in Aberdeen.
