The session is free and open to all, whether you are a fresher or a returning student, a black belt or a complete beginner! You do not need your own equipment, sportswear and a water bottle is all you need! You do not need to book a space for the session, but please make sure to sign into AUSA's Attendance Form at the start of the session, and please wear a face covering when you arrive.
