Aberdeen University Triathlon Club presents: SPINNING GIVE IT A GO

Ever wondered how a spinning session with AUTRI looks like? Completely new to spinning or an experienced athlete? Intrigued to see how we practice this very exciting part of triathlon?

Come join us at one of our classic spinning sessions at ASV. Have some fun while getting in a great workout, we look forward to meeting and getting to know as many new faces!!

There will be: 

- a spinning training for all abilities

- good music

- lots of new faces

WE HOPE TO SEE YOU ON THE 23RD OF SEPTEMBER AT ABERDEEN SPORTS VILLAGE. 

The training starts at 19:00 but we will meet at the Linksfield Road entrance of ASV with those who are there for the very first time at 18:50.
