Sparqs have put together a great resource of suggested questions class reps across Scotland may wish to use when preparing to collect, organise and communicate feedback specific to COVID-19.
Download this PDF file and keep it for your reference during your time as a class rep.
Sparqs have also created a COVID-19 Briefing Note, which can be accessed here.
You can also use the following guide on how to make MyAberdeen announcements. We have also included the University of Aberdeen institutional framework on feedback and the policy regarding lecture recordings passed by the University Senate, which you may find useful in your role.
Survey Tools and Personal Data
It is important when collecting feedback from your class that you are mindful of how the data is collected and how that data will be used. In partnership with the University, we have created some guidance for using survey tools when gathering personal data. Please ensure that when you are collecting data, that you use Microsoft Forms (with your University account) and refer to the guidance which you can below. If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have any questions relating to your role as a Class Rep, e.g. training, resources, recognition, or any other issues, please do not hesitate to contact the AUSA Reps Team at email@example.com.
