AGM - Have your say!
Next Aberdeen University Students' Association's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, from 6pm in Arts Lecture Theatre. We advise you to arrive from 5.30pm to ensure that you have enough time to sign in and have some free pizza.
Please scroll down to access the AGM 2017 reading documents. They will allow you to find out more about the event and which items will be discussed and voted upon. These reading documents include agenda, motions, byelaws and previous minutes from EGM 2016. Reading these will help you understand the AGM.
What is an AGM?
Our AGM provides a chance for students to learn about the achievements of AUSA and their elected Student Officers during the previous and current academic year, how the Association has been doing financially and what it will do in the future.
AGM also ensures that all students have an opportunity to vote on values and activities of the Association. Any amendments to the AUSA Constitution can only be approved by the AGM (or a referendum).
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email the Chair Aletta Boerkoel (email@example.com) or your Representation Team (firstname.lastname@example.org)
