An Enhanced Transcript (ET) is a formal University document which will help you to maximise your employability; it records your University achievements on one document which you can share with employers and postgraduate recruiters.
The Enhanced Transcript records your courses and grades as well as co-curricular activities. It is more detailed than a degree certificate and functions as a supplement to it. If you are an undergraduate or a taught postgraduate student, you will receive the Enhanced Transcript only once you have left or graduated from the University.
FAQ's regarding Enhanced Transcript can be viewed here: https://www.abdn.ac.uk/infohub/life/en-2110.php.
If you are a member of a Standing Committee, you are a member of Council. Liberation and Section Forums also have representatives at the Council. Student Councillors are eligible to apply for the Enhanced Transcript in recognition of your role. There are 3 key monitoring points for you to gain your Enhanced Transcript award in 2019-2020;
1. Attendance of at least 50% of your Committee meetings.
2. Attendance of at least 50% of Student Council meetings.
3. Completion of a self-reflective work report form, submitted via MyAberdeen by the 3rd of April.
The Chair of Student Council will monitor the committee and Student Council meeting attendance and provide you with more information on how to achieve recognition for your role. If you anticipate that you will not be able to complete the reflective work by the deadline, and for any other ET queries, please email the AUSA Reps Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
