The Opera Society is a student run society that is open to all students and alumni. The society is focused on providing an opportunity for students to produce and perform opera. Since its formation the society has performed many successful operas including 'Dido and Aeneas', 'The Magic Flute', 'Eugene Onegin', 'The Cunning Little Vixen', 'Le Nozze di Figaro', 'Sweeney Todd' and most recently a successful production of Bizet's 'Carmen' under the musical direction of PhD student, Théophile Krosi-Douté .
