The Ahlulbayt Society (ABSoc) is a student-led organisation, dedicated to creating an inclusive environment for Muslims to embrace their faith and identity while adhering to the teachings of the Quran, the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the Ahlulbayt (the household of the prophet). While ABSoc is rooted in Shia teachings, we celebrate diversity and promote inclusivity. We welcome students of all backgrounds and beliefs who are curious, seeking knowledge, or simply interested in engaging with our community. It's a safe and respectful environment where questions are embraced, and meaningful conversations are encouraged.
Our Aims: We aim to host a wide range of events which will include educational, social, charitable, inter-faith and religious events with renowned speakers to foster a close-knit community.
