Are you a bookworm in need of a chill space to talk books with a bunch of cool people? Then look no further, our Book Club is the society for you!
We’ll have a different theme assigned to each month and then you’ll be able to vote for the book you want to read! For the first term, we’ve opted for a blended organisation of our activities to allow everyone to participate and be part of the society.
All book discussions will be held online (on our discord server: https://discord.gg/yaamNS7S) so everyone can join from the comfort of their own bed :) But if you’re in Aberdeen and you’re willing to meet some of your fellow bookworms, fear not! We’ll also organise some chill socials to get to know each other better, so stay tuned and ready for picnics, cinema outings and watchalong parties!
And last but not least, if you decide to join the society and buy a membership, you'll have a 10% discount on fictional books at Blackwells'! You'll just have to show them the receipt of your membership purchase on the AUSA website.
