Start the day right with this Two-minute breakfast smoothie 

Ingredients: 

Method: 

Put all the ingredients in a?blender?and whizz for 1 min until smooth. Pour the banana oat smoothie into two glasses to serve. 

 

 

Get some vitamins with this Raspberry and Apple Smoothie 

Ingredients:

Method: 

Tip all ingredients into a?blender?or smoothie maker and blitz until smooth, adding 50ml water or milk if it’s too thick. 

 

 

Make it Vegan with this vegan cherry smoothie! 

Ingredients: 

Method: 

Measure all the ingredients exactly or use a tall glass and your empty yogurt pot for speed – they don’t have to be exact. Put them into a?blender?and blitz until smooth. Pour into 1 tall glass (you’ll have enough for a top up) or two short tumblers.
