Welcome to the page for the newly formed Aberdeen University Kickboxing Society. We are here to train and improve together, and welcome anyone to attend, whether you are a complete beginner or already have some experience. Kickboxing is excellent for developing overall fitness, flexibility and strength while learning practical self defence techniques. The first few sessions are free of charge, so come along to try it out. Boxing gloves and training pads are provided, so no equipment is necessary, however if you have your own feel free to bring it along.
