WHO CAN PLAY FLOORBALL?

Our club has an open-door policy and we are always looking for new members to join. Female or male student does not matter since we are a unisex team, and it does not matter if you have played before or not! Traditionally our club has been a mixture of both male and female students, beginners and more experienced players, as well as some floorball-loving non-students. Everyone is welcome!

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

  • TRAININGS (starting from Monday 20th of September)
    • Mondays 20:00-21:00 @ ASV Sports Hall
    • Fridays 15:30-17:30 @ ASV Sports Hall
??During the 2021-22 season our training schedule might still be vulnerable to changes (due to covid...), so make sure you follow our social media pages for more updates!

WHAT DOES IT COST?

- Only £25 per season!!!

We are proud to be one of the cheapest team-sport clubs in the whole Uni! Our fees are extremely affordable and cover everything from trainings to socials. To make it even better, there is no need for your own equipment - all you need is some sporty clothing and shoes to run around with.

WHAT IS FLOORBALL?

Floorball (also known as Unihoc, Salibandy, or Innebandy) is a fast and fun game where good exercise and the fun of a team sport come together. Floorball is a growing sport and it has already become extremely popular in countries like Finland, Sweden and Switzerland. However, not so much in the UK. From other sports floorball could be compared to ice hockey, although floorball is less physical and not played on ice. Here are some good links to find out what our beautiful game is all about:

WE HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL SOON!

Do not be afraid to come down to one of our trainings and try out a fun and speedy sport while having a lot of fun. You will not even notice that you are exercising! And do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything else you want to know. Just send us an email or visit our social media pages.
