Introduction

Hello, I am Mansi Utikar, pursuing my Master’s in Cardiovascular and Diabetes at the University of Aberdeen already holding a position of vice chair (PGT). Leadership is not just a skill but an inborn quality that I proudly embrace. Known for my resilience, bold personality, and unwavering confidence, I believe in making firm decisions that bring positive change.

As a strong advocate for students, I am committed to ensuring that our voices are heard, our concerns are addressed, and our issues are resolved at the earliest. I stand with you, for you, and will work tirelessly to create a supportive and empowering environment for all.

What are your three priorities for the year?

1. Getting more students interested in our university

2. Mental health of students specially international will give more than my best to resolve mental health issues as it really affects students outcomes in every aspect

What do you think is the biggest issue that students are facing at the moment and how do you plan to tackle it?

On priority basis mental health issues followed by few academic issues and accommodation issues has got into light by many of the students. Managing their finance as well which means employment issues.
