Society/Sports Club Voting Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Voting takes place between Monday 10th March 2025, 9am, and Thursday 13th March 2025, 5pm.
2. Each fully affiliated sports club and society are eligible to win the prizes.
3. Membership numbers will be measured through memberships purchased through the Students’ Union website.
4. The prizes are as follows:
   1. £100 awarded to the society or club with the highest individual number of voters.
   2. £100 awarded to the society or club with the highest percentage of members voting in the election.
   3. Sports clubs and societies can only win one of these prizes as part of the competition.
5. Prizes will be drawn following the election and announced via the activities newsletter before 31st March 2025.
6. In the event of a tie, a winner will be selected by random selection between the tied societies or sports clubs. 
7. The Students’ Union reserve the right to withdraw or offer another prize of equivalent value if necessary.

 

Individual Voter Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Voting takes place between Monday 10th March 2025, 9am, and Thursday 13th March 2025, 5pm.
2. Current students eligible to vote are eligible to enter.
3. The prizes is a £100 Aberdeen Gift Card
4. The prize will be drawn following the election and the winner will be contacted before 31st March 2025.
5. Prizes are non-transferrable, and no cash alternative will be provided.
6. The Students’ Union reserve the right to withdraw or offer another prize of equivalent value if necessary.
